1 minute motivation with Dirish Shaktidas

“My one-minute motivation is to whack on some motivational music and dance dance dance. That is my go-to. When you wake up and you’re feeling sludgy and not so motivated turn up the volume of your motivational playlist. I’d say make a motivational playlist of all the tunes and songs that lift you and get you moving and just start shaking your body moving around having a good time and that’s a really simple motivational thing that I do in the morning just whack it on and just get moving.”
