It’s worth noticing how different our attention spans are when it comes to practicing yoga at home compared to at a studio. It’s okay if you feel that 20-30 minutes is more than enough at home.
When we’re at home, we’re often in between work, helping kids, making dinner, putting the washing on (all the fun sexy stuff) so it’s no surprise that our attention span would be shorter.
