Wizz it, blitz it and there you have it.
- A sliced banana (frozen works best)
- 1/2 cup of coffee coffee 120 (chill it before you use it)
- 1/4 cup of rolled oats
Grind it n wind it and there you have it!
Peach Out I’ll Be There
- 2 peaches chopped up nice
- 1 banana
- 1 & 1/2 cups of milk of your choosing
- 1/2 cup of light coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt
- A big dollop of honey
Just mix this one. Done.
