Feel groovy with a smoothie

We have 3 smoothie recipes for you to try, and all are packed with pure goodness. Your belly will not be disappointed.

The Beetroot Belter

Into the blender goes:

  • 1/2 cup milk of your choosing
  •  cup mixed berries – frozen and any berries will do
  • 1 small peeled and diced beetroot
  • 1/4 cup of frozen pineapple (feel free to eat the rest – never waste pineapple)
  • 1/4 cup of Greek yogurt, or an alternative of your choosing

Wizz it, blitz it and there you have it.

The John Coffee

Into the blender goes:

  • A sliced banana (frozen works best)
  • 1/2 cup of coffee coffee 120 (chill it before you use it)
  • 1/2 cup milk of your choosing
  • 1/4 cup of rolled oats

Grind it n wind it and there you have it!

Peach Out I’ll Be There

Into the blender goes:

  • 2 peaches chopped up nice
  • 1 banana
  • 1 & 1/2  cups of milk of your choosing
  • 1/2 cup of light coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt 
  • A big dollop of honey

Just mix this one. Done.

Get in ma belly.
